Assigned Certifier Services

We regularly act as Assigned Certifier under the BCAR regime on a wide range of projects, from multi-unit housing to large commercial developments. Our practical experience of the Building Control Management System and the Code of Practice for Inspecting and Certifying Buildings and Works ensures robust oversight of design and construction, allowing projects to meet statutory requirements while keeping construction schedules on track.

LDI Inspections

AOCA has in the past managed the entire LDI portfolio for Liberty Syndicates through its sister company National Property Audit Services (NPAS). We still routinely carry out detailed evaluations to support insurance claims and risk management — inspecting construction work to identify potential issues and prevent them from turning into future claims for underwriters.
