AOCA is providing Civil and Structural Engineering services for this short-stay accommodation development, comprising multiple two-storey apartment blocks. Intensive green roofs are included in accordance with the Local Authority's policy.
Our role covers planning and tender design, construction inspections and BCAR review, with construction currently ongoing.
