Vista Montana

Bringing a stalled 11-unit development through to completion — assessment, design and BCAR oversight in two phases.

Project Overview

AOCA was appointed as Civil and Structural Design Engineers to assist in bringing this unfinished residential development through to successful completion. The project had originally been left incomplete by a previous developer in 2020, with our client subsequently acquiring the site and engaging AOCA to assess the existing works, address outstanding technical matters and provide the engineering services required to complete the development.

The scheme comprises 11 residential units and is being delivered in two phases. Phase 1 involved the completion of 7 new residential units together with associated site infrastructure and services. The successful delivery of this phase enabled the relocation of existing residents on the site, allowing the original dwelling to be demolished and facilitating the commencement of Phase 2.

Phase 2, consisting of the final 4 residential units, is currently underway. AOCA continues to provide engineering support through the construction process, including inspections, technical reviews and BCAR compliance oversight to ensure the completed development meets the required standards.

Through detailed assessment, coordinated design and ongoing construction support, AOCA has helped transform a stalled development into a high-quality residential scheme that provides much-needed housing within the Dublin area.
