People First Credit Union, Portlaoise

AOCA was appointed to manage the removal and replacement of the external stone cladding at the People First Credit Union following the identification of defects in the original cladding fixings, which had resulted in several stone panels becoming dislodged and posing a public safety risk.

Acting as Project Managers and Façade Engineers, we coordinated the works between the client and contractor, supervised construction activities, monitored quality and programme, and ensured the replacement cladding system was installed to the highest safety and performance standards.

The completed project delivered a secure, long-term solution while allowing this important community facility to continue serving its members with confidence. AOCA was particularly proud to support the Credit Union, located just one mile from our Head Office.
