AOCA provided a complete engineering and project delivery service for the Corcorans Commercial Vehicle Facility, including the preparation of design information, submission of planning documentation, production of construction drawings and supervision of the works through to completion and certification.

The facility was designed to accommodate the specialist requirements of commercial vehicle servicing and maintenance. The building comprises a steel portal frame structure with insulated wall and roof panels, providing a robust and efficient solution suitable for the operational demands of the business. The floor construction incorporated specialist inspection pits, allowing safe and practical access to the underside of commercial vehicles during maintenance works.

The project was successfully delivered on programme and within budget, providing Corcorans with a modern, purpose-built facility that remains fully operational and continues to support their commercial vehicle operations.
